We are currently looking for Chemical Operators, Engineering Technicians and a Quality Control Chemist.

Chemical Operators: Serve central role in manufacturing Valliscor products. Key abilities and experience include: (a) interest in working with hazardous materials and high-end chemical processing equipment while wearing proper PPE, including respirators and chemical suits; (b) proactive, detail-oriented mindset while working collaboratively in a fast-paced, safety-focused team environment; (c) monitoring and operating process equipment, valves, and pumps to ensure safe and accurate chemical production; (d) following detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs) and batch records; (e) packaging finished products, cleaning equipment, and maintaining inventory.

Engineering Technicians: Central to the production of Valliscor products. In addition to key abilities listed for chemical operators, successful candidates should have: (a) prior experience / training with maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing chemical manufacturing equipment and (b) the ability to execute experiments on pilot scale processes. Some chemical synthesis and purification knowledge is preferred.

Quality Control Chemist: Ensure quality for Valliscor products. Key abilities and experience include strong cGMP & GLP fundamentals (required). Successful candidates should have experience with: (a) analysis of semiconductor grade gases or similar materials (required); (b) routine maintenance, troubleshooting, method development and optimization with one or more of the following: GC FID/ECD/PDHID, HPLC, GC-MS (required); (c) method validation in relation to ISO/IEC 17025 and USP <621> (preferred); descriptive statistics to interpret analytical data (preferred); and ISO, ICH and USP compendiums in relation to analytical testing (beneficial). College degree in chemistry or allied field is required.
