Founded in 2012 by Rich G. Carter and Michael C. Standen, Valliscor is a smart chemical manufacturing company that leverages a broad suite of developed technologies to provide innovative solutions for its customers in the pharmaceutical, semi-conductor and allied industries. Valliscor specializes in the commercial manufacture of high-value compounds containing the element fluorine – particularly materials that require production under specific requirements due to their regulated properties. Corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility are located in Corvallis, Oregon. Valliscor is located within the Advanced Technology and Manufacturing Institute (ATAMI), which offers a modern, well-equipped facility with access to extensive instrumentation services.
Rich earned his B.S. degree in Chemistry from Gettysburg College and his Ph.D. degree in Organic Chemistry from the University of Texas at Austin. Rich has authored of over 100 publications and multiple patents. Rich's expertise are in multi-step organic synthesis and reaction development. Rich is a graduate of the Oregon State University Advantage Accelerator program.
Mike earned his B.S. degree in Chemistry and his Ph.D. degree in Organic Chemistry from the University of Manchester, U.K. Mike has over 30 years of experience in process development, project management and business development. Mike has over a dozen patents and is a leading expert in organofluorine chemistry.
Raj earned his B.Sc. And M.Sc. Degrees in Chemistry from Osmania University and his Ph.D. degree in Organic Chemistry from Memorial University of Newfoundland. Raj is the first employee of Valliscor and has decades of experience in the chemical industry.
Christine earned her B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Washington and her Masters in Business Administration from Trinity University Dublin. Christine significant experience includes six+ years at Nike as Senior Financial Analyst and Assistant to the CFO.
